1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using our VRMS Charity Law Diary Android app ("App"), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the App.

2. Subscription Plans

2.1 Paid Subscriptions
  • The App operates on a subscription basis. Access to certain features requires a valid paid subscription.
  • Subscription prices, durations, and renewal terms are clearly stated within the App.
2.2 Payment
  • All payments are processed securely through [Payment Gateway, e.g., Razorpay].
  • By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge the specified amount using the selected payment method and duration.
2.3 Auto-Renewal
  • Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Google Play account settings.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are subject to the policies of the payment gateway or Google Play.
  • No refunds will be issued for partially used subscription periods unless required by law.
  • Refund is not in policy; users cannot raise claims for a refund.

4. App Usage

4.1 License
  • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App.
  • You agree not to copy, modify, or distribute the App for commercial purposes.
  • You cannot copy or develop a similar App using the same data flow.
4.2 Prohibited Conduct
  • Use the App for unlawful purposes, fraud, or false information transfer.
  • Share your subscription login details with others.
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from the App.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • The App is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
  • The VRMS team is not responsible for the legal values, dates, names, cases, and content inserted by the user in the diary, nor do we authenticate it.

6. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms at any time, and we are not responsible for backing up data.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be communicated within the App, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of [INDIA/MAHARASHTRA]. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of [Chhtrapati Sambhajinagar Only].
